Default Shuttle Atlantis

Hi Everyone, Finally got out with my camera this week. Took a trip to NASA to get some images of the new Atlantis exhibit. These were shot with my K5 version 1, hand held, using my 18-135 Pentax zoom. No external noise reduction was used.

Very clean shots. Number 5 gives a perspective at how big it is. We saw another shuttle on a visit to Huston and were amazed that they could get it off the ground.

Yes, it really is amazing! What I found even more amazing was how we ever landed on the moon some 7 or 8 times in what was then basically a coffee can by todays standards.
