I happened to visit the Desert Botanical Gardens myself just a few weeks ago. Must say that the work of Dale Chihuly is spectacular! Here is one of my favourite piece of his work.

Very nice! This place just went on my list of places to visit, next time I head to Arizona. Phoenix could very well be my next place to visit there.

Hi,

I visited a similar Dale Chihuly exhibition around 2006 at the Royal Horticultural Society's Kew Gardens, London. An excellent venue for his display.

Overall it was very impressive, a couple of shots attached, but not sure if I was shooting a Pentax then, so apologies for the pics. ... Jack

I believe he is in his early 70's and is partially disabled-can't do any of this himself-has his own team. Think his home base is in Seattle and does his work all over the world.
