Nice shots. I've been to Edinburgh a few time...great city. My grandfather was born in Dalbeaty, but lived in Leith...a district in Edinburgh for a few years before emigrating.

As a Hibs supporter I'm in Leith most Saturdays , i reckon it'll have changed a lot since his time . It's pretty upmarket now

Back in the early 1900's he owned a small fish market (he was a fishmonger) somewhere around the Leith docks. My wife and I were there in '85 to look for the place my grandparents, uncle and aunt lived (we found it)...and we went to the Leith docks. When we were there it looked fairly modern as I recall.

Lots of nice apartments and a big shopping mall (Ocean Terminal)

Nice low light shots, it the time of year for it, you make me want to put a warm coat on and go out shooting, nicely done

Very nice! I always love Ferris wheels, and that one looks awesome! But both shots are lovely.
