Default Not the sharpest tool in the shed...

Bob (a young Cooper's hawk) continues to wonder where everyone went and why his hunting luck stinks. uh.... helloooooooo! Bob has been out there for the better part of an hour and continues to wait. There's not another bird in sight! Great photo op, though. heheheh

He's got the right equipment for the job!

Great stuff Gary - really like shot 5 - lighting on the eyes really makes for a great shot.

Like them all...but # 4...the expression is great. Looks like the hawk was looking down on you, the photographer...wondering what you're was up to.

Excellent work.

Many thanks! I'm glad I was here to catch him. Time between his visits are becoming longer and longer. I sure hope he's around for the grackle/starling flocks!

Whatever he's doing doesn't seem to be working for him, though.
