Default Forest Nature Walk (Kangaslampi, Finland)

Hardly any snow so far this winter, and it is almost all melted... so I thought back to Autumn when I went on this lovely nature walk in the forest with my wife. Didn't have a tripod with me, so I did what I could with the low light. Still enjoying my Pentax K7. By the way, if you want to see what a K7 can do, PLEASE take a look at the January issue of Digital Camera magazine. There is a striking portrait taken with a K-7. Anyway, thanks for looking! Ned

Almost looks spring-like. Nice picture. Really like the effect of the shadows mixed with dabs of light.

Thanks for looking! Wish I could offer up a wintery shot... but the snow has melted here in Finland...

Lovely picture! The K7 is still a capable camera, even if it's several generations old. Hard to believe that you don't have any snow at the moment! I'm sure it's very cold and since there's no snow, it must be boring. I'm sure you don't want to hear about me admiring my sister's blooming snap-dragons, do you?

Ned - So good to see some of your great photo-work again. Hope you & yours had a fine Christmas, even without the snow...
