Even though we haven't had any rain since Dec 20th-the desert is starting to bloom.

You picked a very good time to be away from New England. It was 8 degrees below zero this morning -- the first of March! It will be a very long time before we see any blossoms in this area. Your excellent photos remind me that spring will eventually arrive.

Thanks-I have a lot of envious friends in NH. Did that for (41) yrs-enjoy the sun every day-we have about 330 days of sunny weather every year. Of course no ocean breezes like on Cape Cod-but will be back next summer.

They are nicely done, especially the glass in the boat.

Up until this weekend we had had warm weather and not much rain or snow. The trees were all blossoming out up here and I had fun taking pictures of them a week ago. Saturday I took pictures of the same blossoming trees covered with snow! March definitely came in like a lion!

No snow here-low 80's during the day and mid 50's at night-looks like the desert will be exploding next week-looking forward to it.
