Default A few from the coast

Took a trip to the north coast. I've been feeling like very shot I take is the same old, so I went for something different. A surprise was shooting the redwood forest. Should have been a slam dunk with its beauty, but it's hard to really capture the true grandeur. The black and white resulted. The seagulls is a shot from the second floor balcony of the hotel and a crop from a huge group that suddenly sprung into the air. The various positions are intriguing. Thanks for looking. This is a great group. Last month's contest was proof.

Nice series, I like the B&W shots best, the first being my favorite, nicely done

It is indeed difficult to capture the grandeur of ancient forests, but your image does a great job!
