Default Really Disappointed

Most of my shooting is still done with the old Ist DS. Took over (500) shots with the grand kids @ Disney. Performed great. Over the years I have bought a K10d and a K20d-both of these still have less than (1500) shutter actuations.
Last week I took both of them, along with a SDM 17-70 and a DA 21 3.2 to an outdoor model shoot. Tried everything-from flash to manual white balance-exposure compensation, etc. 90% of them were all extremely soft-can't compare with the Ist DS-so I am going to sell them-next question-not interested in the K-3 so it's between the K5II or the K-50. Would appreciate any comments or suggestions. BTW not selling the Ist DS-have (2) of them and they are staying in the bag.

I have the K30, almost the same as the K50, love it. Great for the grand kids sports and wildlife

Any problems with focusing? You have quite an array of lenses-much like I do-all work OK?
Thanks

I have the K-30 and the K-3. Not a lick of a problem with either one.

Just got back from a week in Utah, using the K3 exclusively. Based on the results from the party a month ago and the trip, I think the K3IIs would be a good choice. I haven't used one, but the extra detail that I see from the K3 is Carly significant, while the one time I ran into moire it was easily corrected. Since you aren't interested in the K3, I would think the K5IIs would be preferable. Never expected I'd say that, since I didn't think the samples I saw had enough gain to tempt me to upgrade!
