Default Homeless Man

Deleted first post. Resisted the urge to turn to black and white with contrast. Went a whole other way.

The weather has been poor so this was the first day I could get out.

A vote for magikat's lady walking her dogs. It's so street. A seemingly casual shot that says more. Love the paradox with the leaping dolphin on the bench.

I like a lot of them, but my favorite is C Campbell's impromptu band.

Vote goes to DMJJR. Maybe because I'm so close. But it brings back memories and feelings from that day as we heard the news while at work and couldn't believe it was real. Also I knew people who were there that day and worried until I heard from them.

Note that "Boston Strong" is a good photo, but is a year old and the poster acknowledges that it does not qualify by the specified "usual rules". That leaves 2 eligible votes for C Campbell and one for pboerger. sumx4182 are you ready to declare a winner? We are 7 days into the next contest period.

If you guys are comfortable saying that it doesn't qualify. That's fine by me. I didn't want to declare myself the winner with it being up in the air. Not that it matters a ton in the end...it just felt awkward.
