One more spring "critter." There's a tiny, spring-fed pond at the home park that is home to innumerable Green Frogs. They are very shy and very observant - usually all we see is the splash when they hear us coming and dive. But after about 10 minutes of waiting, this one came up far enough for a few quick poses.

Hope you've enjoyed a few glimpses of the nearly-summer creatures, and hoping for more time to process and share a bit more of the rich beauty of our region. Thanks in advance for any comments & critique.

And once again you are too fast for me! So glad you enjoyed these little glimpses of the "magic" of His creation.

Great shots Mole, you have a good eye, nice compositions and use of the blurred backgrounds

Wonderful photos Mole. I am inspired by your never-ending willingness to get down on your belly and get face-to-face with so many critters. Thank you for bringing us along on your rambles through your beautiful mountains.
