Default Eagle

I have not been too active with photography lately but today I got out with my K5 and Sigma 300mm lens. I found this Eagle guarding a Deer that had been hit by a car and waiting for the traffic to slow down so it could eat.

Great shot!

I was looking at the window at work the week before last, and saw this magnificent bird flying over the cypress dome, and it was a bald eagle. They are something to behold.

Here is a tighter crop of the image since the original I posted is straight from the camera.

Lovely photo! They are such beautiful birds, and your photo is wonderful.

I'm not doing much with photography either. I do as much as I have time for, which isn't much. But I still love it.

Great shot, super sharp.

Not much to photograph here, been trapped in my apartment for two days due to a blizzard, expect one more day yet. This is what I see when I look out the window.

Nice Ira, I think winter is over here, but then you never know!

Ah, Ira, is there a picture there? Oh yes, I can vaguely see some smudges that might be another building or a hint of the outdoors. That looks like quite the winter storm - while I'd love to see some snow (maybe up to a foot), I don't want it to look like THAT!

It would be far more fun to photograph Tom's eagle.
