I have been using my DL up until this past week when I bought a K-50 from ebay. My wife still uses the DL to take pictures of the greeting cards she makes. Pictures are still sharp and the color excellent.

I still have it. And I have those very high voltage rechargeable lit battery. DL takes it. But K100D does not. The camera works great for me

I have an Ist DL and a Kx......Both get used....I have had the Kx for about three years and am just now getting aroung to trying to make some serious video with it....I gave the DL to my son along with a couple lenses so he can start learning photography......I am thinking about a K5 for it's external mic capabilities but am still quite happy with what I have............

My DL is gone but I have two DS that I still often use. Same sensor and body, just a slightly better viewfinder and larger buffer. I miss the DL because it was the silver model.

I find that for online postings the DS produces sharper, higher contrast, images than my K7. The K7 makes better prints but for smaller image sizes to post on websites and social media the DS is king. The focus is less critical with the lower resolution sensor which may be why they look so much sharper, it is more forgiving.
