I think the artists name is Bruce Monro-all the bottles (there were a lot more)had fiber optic cables through them and they changed colors-also had 8,000 luminaria's throughout the garden

Yes Bruce Monro those exhibits were at the Atlanta Botanical Gardens this past summer.
