Default Great Blue Heron

An introductory image taken this summer at a local conservation area. K-3, A* 600 f/5.6, 1/1500 @ f/8, ISO 560, vertical crop.

I have some light gathering stuff

Very nice! That's some huge lens, isn't it? I once looked it up and decided it was too much for me. But if you can get results like that, I might have to re-think looking for one.
