If you shoot at 200mm, which is 300mm with a 1.5x sensor, is the depth of field like a 200 or 300mm lens?

200

DOF is based on the actual (versus 35mm equivalent) focal length of the lens, aperture, and focus distance.

The focal length of the lens doesn't change, it is just the crop factor of the 300mm lens while using the 200mm lens on the DS.

Thus the depth of field remains the same.
