ZIGVIEW Viewing Screen !!!

This is a great item. Those of us with bad backs will be using this little gem a lot.

It's just out in the UK, but I would think it would be in the USA soon, unless some politician thinks it should be banned ;-)

120 pounds? Id say thats quite reasonable, considering its like attaching a digital camera to the viewfinder and letting you see through it. I wonder how well you are able to see if its in focus though

wish i was made of money and i'd get one. as far as focus goes , for landscapes and a lot of other images i'm sure it would be fine. my experience is that they don't do well for close-ups or macro. i've got a fuji s7000 and it's suppose to have one of the best screens and EVF on the market but it doesn't compare with a real time prism. with this gadget i wonder if there is shutter lag when viewing thru it. the fuji is fast thru the EVF but you are still about 1/10sec behind what's happening. for my wife , who would not let me sell it, it's great but for me 1/10sec lag lets way to much happen before i press the shutter.
