ISO400, 1/180, F6.7 at Falcon south of Perth W Australia. First go with new IST DS. Delighted with camera. All my Pentax manual lenses etc work.

I was using Camedia in shrinking the file or something similar. Plan to get some different software. Found it a battle to get from 11 megs to 240kb. Wrong technique perhaps?

Shooting with RAW? Im sure the pentax lab software can save JPEG.

Apart from that I'd recommend Photoshop CS or CS2.

First of all .Falcon is NOT Perth!!!!....:-)).. we take unbrage at that!!Nice photo..captures it perfectly...I"m at Dawesville with an *ist DL...still learning after being spoilt rotten with a Panasonic FZ20.......getting there slowly...practice lots, read lots,, a bit like learning music eh??

I think I'm jealous. I was in Perth and Fremantle a few years ago and I think you folks have the finest climate in the world, and not too many people to muck it up. Could use a few more mountains, though.
