First attempt attaching the DS2 to my telescope... 600mm/F5, which translates to a 900mm telephoto..... I've got a problem with the focus but I'm kind of pleased.

Do you have the picture ? I have a sigma 600mm f8+with a *ist DL & i can't wait totakepicture of the moon.

Could be a different shot but taken at same time I think....

1/250, ISO 200, centre metering, manual focus

camera attached with T-ring.

Wicked, I have a 500mm f8 mirror lens (a Samyang I believe, marketed by Phoenix, the reason I am not sure is that a friend of mine borrowed it). Mine has a T mount as well, and I have mounts for Pentax K, Minolta Maxxum and the old breech-lock Canon. I will get it back before the next full moon and give it a try.
