As the northern latitude weather turns more and more bleak and the sunlight diffuses into a kind of gray blah, I've found it increasingly difficult to take vibrant crisp pictures with my *ist DS camera. As I've said before, I'm a relative novice to photography, and each photo is a lesson for me. Does anyone have any pointers for taking quality pictures in diffuse or dim light, preferably with the existing ds flash only?

Thanks once again - mutty
