Today I had the chance to have a look at pentax' fisheye-zoom and take some photos with it.

It's really a fine lens. High-quality pictures and "a good feeling"

On the german pentax-site you can download "offcial" test-photos:


(the "inofficial" photos are as good as the official ones)

Nice pics-

Theres a little purple fringing on the Ford's grille in the 2.45MB pic.

I suppose a lens w/ this wide of angle that's to be expected?

I noticed quite a bit of ca's in some of these samples. Don't know if that's a trait of a wide angle fish lens or not. Anyone experts know this?.....thekman.
