with the rain we recently got the pond next to the house finally filled up. got these shots of a heron as he was feeding off the minnows..

thanks tom,

we usually have them year round. this pond use to have a lot of fish in it but went dry a few years back. i put 100 gold fish in yesterday and others are adding to it also. no big bass in it yet.

what really ticks me off is that w/the jpg compression all the shadow details are lost.
