You can actually make one yourself, with a rubber plunger and a medium format lens.

My neighbor (artist) has one. He was very excited about it, showing me all kinds of ways to distort focus.

I not artist type, though.

at this point i think i'd rather get a real lense. you can do whatever the lensbaby can do just as well in photoshop, i'd assume..
