Panzer

My posted picture depicts a photograph (macro) of a 5c coin.

The macro picture shows the coin to be gold in colour, when in actualy fact it is silver.
I placed a 5c coin on the macro image to demonstrate the size of the magnification.

The adapter is a Pentax bayonet mount adapter designed to slip onto the eyepiece of a microscope to phootgraph what the mocroscope sees..

The photographer of the macro image chose to use the small brass looking lens (which comes from the bottom part of a microscope) directly onto the end of the adapter.

I hope that helps clear things up.

Errno_Gmm how do you mount a ring flash on the reversed lens, I didn't think they made a K mount ring flash. :G

Havent got a ring flash yet, tried making one from styrofoam and it didnt work.

Although - K-mount lens cap + filter step ring + araldite = ring flash for reversed lens

Never underestimate the ingenuity of a Pentax user when it comes to making do and you just got to have that "unavailable thing". :blah:
