Took this and I like the way the light reflects off the water.

Very very nice, the reflected highlights and the very sharp gull are quite impressive.

Sorry, hand held, A* 200 2.8, ISO 400, 1/1,500 sec, f/11. Lens doesn't show up because it is a MF lens even though its a A*.

Very nice - a different view and really sharp. It's done a good job of making me want to visit the beach, and Saturday I have to go to the desert (sigh). Oh well, maybe next week.

It is a nice lens!

I tried the Pentax AF 1.7 adapter on the lens today, but it seemed to take just a bit of the sharpness off the photos and I didn't like any of the images. It sure did focus fast with the AF adapter though, but image quality is what I am looking for, so the combination doesn't work for me.
