Catbells, I think the fact that it is in a "copse" is quite British!

Sadly, like many things British, Red Squirrels, Bluebells to name two, they are being overrun by stronger varieties from overseas.

Many Bluebells now tower vertically.

dan,
the 75-150 is an outstanding lens. i'd have got one before but i have the range so well covered with the 70-210 and the 80-200.. how heavy is it??

roy
Roy, I agree, it's a great lens. It's just over one pound (16.5 ounces, or 465 grams). It's very slender, just like the M 200mm prime. I bought it 24 years ago as a college student, deciding to spend my money on Pentax quality rather than greater zoom range. I like it better than ever on my DS2, because I get 225mm equivalent. It's like getting back what I've missed all these years by not buying a 70-210!
