Makes me wish that I lived somewhere that you could see a little farther. Too many trees here for great views other than on top of some rather large granite outcrops and I really don't want to be standing on one of those when the lighting starts. Great photos.

It may be good for shooting storms, but there are times I wish we had mountains here in the midwest. I have been to Atlanta a number of times, and I wish I had spent more time taking pictures while I was there. I bet watching a storm come in on top of Stone Mountain would be awesome!

Stone Mountain is one of the places I wouldn't want to be when the lighting starts flying, but you are right, you can get a long distance view.
