Now that I seem to have overcome the initial teething problems, I am really starting to enjoy my camera.

Here are a few of todays shots, they've all been resized and sharpened, a couple have even been played around with in Photoshop (how brave of me! lol!)

very nice and sharp as a tack.. when you sharpen, how do you do it?? just curious.

Great shots Alison - as Roy says, very sharp. I would also like to know your sharpening tecnique in Photoshop. Mine are always guesses!

Hi,

Stunning pictures! Great effort too!, I like very much especially number third.

What is your lens? Would you please post the original images before post processing in PS? Just curious how far we can digitally improve pictures

Nice shots. I really like the 4th one, interesting pose and the composition really keeps you focused on the bird.

Umm, I tend to just click on sharpen rather than use the USM.
