I'd like an extra one. I looked out at Beach Camera and didn't find one.

Does the "B" end conform to any kind of USB connector standard so that you might be able to find one at a computer web site? And if so, what's that standard called?

If not, anyone know a good place on the web to find one?

You have to watch out, it's not a regular mini-USB connector.

I know it's the same one Panasonic uses for their Lumix series, at least for my FZ-3.

Maybe you can find it that way...

Yeah, it's like a "micro-mini" USB -- I've seen them before (I think) but I don't know if it's a widely used standard or if it's strictly Pentax.

Odd that I couldn't find an extra one at "Beach" -- I wonder if I called them if they would say "oh yeah, we got those".

Just tell them you're looking for the same kind the Lumix series from panasonic use, they're bound to have those. I haven't seen a camera shop in the world that didn't have a Lumix in store. (Well they should have...)

Or just go to the nearest camera store and ask for one there (show them your first cable). With shipping you'd probably end up with the same price as you'd have online.
