A walk on an evening like this in a place like this just makes a person go, "Ahhhh!" Two blocks from my home . . .DL with Tamron 28-300.

I'm so jealous. I love Loveland, really love that drive up the Big Thompson Canyon, and really really love that big park at the end of that drive.

You are right about the drive, jhacker, it is beautiful. The park is the Rocky Mountain National Park, and it is a photographer's dream. I included a lot of pictures from there athttp://www.pbase.com/drwindmill, if you care to take a look. Retiring to this area was one of the best decisions of my life. Of course, getting a DL and LBA a few months was another good thing. : )
