How do you post a picture like this. I see how to attche it but how do you put it in the body and get it small enough ?

I resize the original in Photoshop, and to get the file size down, I simply adjust the JPEG quality when saving a new copy.* It's really a balance of image dimensions vs. size.

You can also download Power Tools from Microsoft. One of the applicaitons is a photo resizer ... I started a thread on this before. See:
