I've had my *ist DL since June 28th. Yesterday I received a
Pentax 28-80/3.5-5.6 SMCP FA J AL from Cameta Camera ($24.95 new) and bought a
Tamron 80-210MM/4.5-5.6 for $85 at a local store (I had been using old manual-focus lenses until yesterday). Most likely, the only manual-focus lens I'll continue to use will be my Samigon 300mm M42-mount.

I took my kid to an amusement park ("Joy Rides") tonight. As I was browsing the pictures I took, I noticed this one had some serious color, so much that Photoshop's "Auto Color" did next to nothing to it.

Hey Yog, Welcome to the Forums! I tend to agree the WB should have been set for the fluorescent mode which if you haven't tried yet is quite easy to change.

My questions are ... 1) Is this shot in RAW? & 2) How does one get such a large picture attached?? (Not picking on ya, Yog ... I tried last night & unless I reduced the jpeg file to a thumbsize, it wouldn't accept the file):?

I'm terrible w/ pc's ! Yes, they are the devil! I just like to shoot!

Looks like your son had a good time @ the park! Anybody with a Cheeto mouth like that is having a good time!!:G

As always, thank you for the insight, Roy! I was trying to do it straight from pse3.
