I read somewhere that the DL2 is no good for action shots, here is my attempt. Ok, it's not a football match or anything like that but this little girl was a really fast runner!

Action shots are easier to capture whent he subject is approaching the lens vs. moving across the field of view. Nice shots! Jay

This was an action shot I got when up in Darwin last week for my cousins wedding - I also have some decent ones from the ceremony I might put up later.

This was taken at the Territory Wildlife Park near Litchfield and it was so difficult getting this guy in focus - this is the best I could do (I really wish I had a 70-300 with me, the 200mm really didn't do much for me!)

That much I do know but regardless of direction, mine are still action shots and the dog in question was continually changing direction.

doggie action shots?? got plenty here. most all of these i took by just holding the camera at ground level and hitting the button. it's these shots i take in jpg mode.

Oh my, so many doggies and most of them Bostons, hehehe.

I LOVE the tan and white ones, beautiful.

What sort of occasion was that to have so many in the same place at the same time and did the Spaniel that was there get a complex about being the odd one out at all? lol!
