does this fit? it's more "can you believe it snowed may 5 2006" than "here's something i did" (i did build the trailer on a frame welded up by a friend, also the mobile outhouse in the backround). this is my home away from etc most mon-fri's.

i take a fairnumberof "record" pictures at work and home though not as many as i do ofthe fun artsy ones. once in a while i'll get a good shot of somebody's machine or log truck that i'll print and give them and until they see the actual photo they are puzzled why i want to take a picture of them.people don't seem to think what they do and how they look every day is important to remember.

Not home home improvement, but a digital camera is great for recording progress. These pictures pre-date my DL but several hundred pixs were great reference during rebuild of engine and transmission of my 1973 TR6 a few years ago. Also have tons of renovation pixs as we've converted our house from a cottage on blocks to permanent house ... of course some of those pre-date digital cameras!

I always liked the TR6, auto restorations are more fun when you can show what you really accomplished. Here is my attempt at that (from a few years ago). http://ironduke7.tripod.com/ not a TR6 but it was fun at the time (gone now).

Don't start me on that line.

I recorded the entire customisation of my bike. Pity I didnt have my DL at the time and only had a p&s camera.

Speaking of recording things, the wife hit a deer last week and I hope the after photo will be much nicer than this one. No DS, just a Casio Z600 that I had on hand at the time.

Ira, I'd like a car like that! I've always been driving wrecks.

What I always suspected is now confirmed. Pentax owners don't have to be brand-showoffs/NC snobs to be "somebody". I already knew that they are in general funny, handsome, intelligent andhumble. Now we can add inventive and creative.

Ira ... had a brand new Fiero in 84. A great little car and tons of fun to drive. I've developed a bit of a LBC (Little British Car) addiction recently. In addition to the TR6 have a 71 GT6 and a 56 TR3 :-)

Crashman ... love the bike!

Cheers, Mike

Mike,

A 71 GT6, very cool, I really like those little coupes. Perhaps you can send me a picture sometime.
