Thought I'd post a couple of pictures of the family cat enjoying the hot weather we are having at the moment.

Taken with Pentax *ist DL2 with standard 18-55 lens in RAW mode.

Sounds like we aren't the only ones suffering from the heat this summer. We had an overnight "low" temperature of 88 degrees F the other day (highest recorded since 1936).

I have an odd favor to ask of you--my Last name is Stockwell, and I'd love to have a shot of a sign at the tube station or anywhere in the Stockwell area. My 78 year old mother would get a kick out of it.

Aaawww, bless, my cat doesn't go outside, she's way too small, would be dangerous, plus she's not spayed yet and I don't want kittens. Anyway, she loves to lie in the sun, she will find where the sun is coming through onto the carpet or wherever and just sprawl out for ages, hehehe.

Here is a pic of my Precious, not taken with my Pentax, think it was taken with my Minolta z5 if I remember rightly.

I may have posted this before, but I couldn't resist adding to the thread my neighbor's cat, who sleeps in hot weather, cold weather, and in-between weather. : )

By the way, MT/Sarah, you might want to consider renting out guest rooms to vacationing photographers, given the beautiful surroundings you have. Another : ).

Regards, Lawrence
