Hi BK, looks like I've got a lot to learn. What you've done to the picture looks fantastic. What did you do exactly?

MT/Sarar - excuse my ignorance, but what does pp mean.

pp=post processing. I just used a super simple solution. I brought the photo up in Paint Shop Pro and clicked once onauto enhance.

That looks great Roy, I don't think there is much to choose between yours and BK's.

Could you give me some pointers to how you achieved the final result so that I can try it myself and learn something.

Anyway, it's been a long day and it's 1.00am now so I'm off to bed to catch up on my beauty sleep which, according to my wife, I desperately need :-)

Thanks for everyone's help and advice,

Russell

Was it more of a success than last year? By this I mean, did everyone that was meant to turn up, turn up?

Last year a stealth bomber or something from the states flown by their elite pilots were to fly over for the airshow... they got to an airfield and did their thing and headed home.... before realising they were at the wrong airfield...

They went home anyway.

Here are some shots I got at last summer's air show. It was quite hazy and the smoke from the various acts definately did not help either.

Patang- too bad you missed the stealth bomber, it's an incredible sight! One flew over our airshow a couple of years ago. Too bad I didn't have my DS back then....

Here's a F-104, an F-16 and P-51 combo, and a couple of shots of the Blue Angels in formation.
