Took the kids down to Olcott, NY today. Right on Lake Ontario. Was pretty hot and hazy so hard to get any good pictures out on the lake. Not many boats on the water today surprisingly.

mike, great DOF here. the flowers and the boat.. if it's as hot there as it's been here then i don't blame them for staying ashore.. i always did..

Thanks. I had to actually use some PS to do Auto Levels adjustment on it cuz it turned out a little dark for some reason.

it seems like this is something pentax loaded into the ist series to overcome blown hi-lites..

Yeah, at least PS seems to get it rid of it nicely enough. Here's another shot from the same town but at the park/beach.
