This is probably going to seem like a stupid question, but is there a way to read the exif data from a photo published on here from the site itself. Simply rightclicking the image and selecting properties does not provide any meaningful information, at least not when I do it.

I know that you could download a picture and then look at the data on your own machine, but wherever possible I do like to respect a persons copyright if if it has not been explicitely claimed.

it's not always right but works most of the time. gives you a rt clik option.

Thats great, and it makes such a difference to be able to see what's what. Facinating the way that when people either choose to shoot with shutter priority (what I tend to do I must admit) or apperture priority, that's the one piece of information that does not get recorded.
