For those who have not tried it, there is a lot of luck getting the shot to capture just at the right time.

I spent ages shooting this sort of thing and only ended up with a handful of shots I liked.

Even this one I put a blue tint on the picture to give it a nicer look. I didn't think about shooting with a coloured background
