One of the few birds that hasn't vamoosed from our area lately. Our wildlife sanctuary seems void of activity these last few weeks. But the chickadees are abundant, and like to tease me a lot trying to photo them, the little bu__ers. Got a couple of decent ones though yesterday.......cheers.....Don.

Those are nice shots thekamn620! Chickadees are the official Massachusetts state bird but I rarely see any. I think I saw one in my yard this year. Keep 'em coming.

dom, fantastic shots. i've got one i'd post. they move so quick, a lot of time by the time i hit the button they're gone.. we have plenty here..

Thanks Roy. You ain't a kiddin' when you say fast. I've probably taken upwards of 300 shots of chickadees since buying the ds, and have only probably got maybe 10 that are half you know what. A real challenge to capture. Guess thats part of the reason I like chasing them so much....cheers......Don.
