that's pretty old but still pretty cool. saw one similar where someone used just a lens and a tube about 5' long. needless to say,exposures were long.

glad that helped and hope others will post more..

saw that before but haven't tried it. i have tried brian's(lordV) method and it works great, what i've used is a piece of 3/4'' pvc pipe. i'm looking for something thinner and a little stiffer. this guy is the KING of macros.. i'm on my knees..
