roy: i'd like 39 days with sun, it's been hottest summer in UK for some time (17 C average during day and night, how can you call it hot:?) now it's rain season (for about 8 months) so stop moaning :blah:



as for the pictures: very nice, I especially like webs with droplets, they look like expensive jewellery

That first shot is awesome! Just been looking at your site, some pretty good shots on there, the butterflies are particularly good and I especially like the waterfall shot too.

In July we had 11 days when it didn't rain--much! This started out as a great summer but then it turned all wet. Today was great, it didn't rain--much, but the temperature didn't get over 14 degrees C (that's 57F, for hte metrically challenged), I actually had to turn on the central heating, in August.

Oh well, no point complaining. Great shots Rickst, love the look of the mist in the valley. Here are a couple of fog shots from the east coast:
