Hi there

I have read a lot about this very affordable DSRL. I have one question.
Because the body misses "Image stabilisation" as in K100D could this feature be implemented as Canon does through lenses?

No.

I don't know if Sigma makes an IS lens in K mount but I doubt it.

Nope - would require power contacts on the mount that the current mount doesn't support....

NO, if you need IS (SR) then you will need to get a K100D. Much less expensive than all those IS lenses Canon sells anyway.
