And no crop on this one either.

DOF is very shallow and I don't think I focused too well but it was all I managed today.

Yes, my cheque arrived today, yay. Paid it in so it should clear by next Weds, possibly sooner so with a bit of luck, I should have my lens by next weekend. Can't wait.

No, I wasn't using save for web, I was converting them to tif the other day cos I wanted some shots printed and converting straight to jpeg made the files too small after cropping. I forgot to change it back.

It was a catapillar, he nearly disappeared so I picked him up and he kind of retracted his head and stayed that way, in fact, he hardly moved at all after I picked him up, hope I didn't hurt him.

Really not bad at all. Fun pict.
I have worse pict and I still uploaded that .
You are buying some new lens? Upload some pict no matter how bad it is. I always shot just something on my desk/dining table. Ira always teased me.

I really like this second one. Part behind head is focused to me. I would like to see more image at top though, it's a little tight. I love the coloring of that beast! And I hate bugs. Sorry. Jon
