I had a very positive experience lately with an online dealer that I want to pass on. After much research, I bought a Pentax Optio S4i camera for me and my wife to use as our primary camera (I bought Nikon Coolpix 2100s for the kids). From painful experience, I have learned to avoid camera and electronics dealers in the New York City and New Jersey areas. So I looked for a dealer elsewhere that had a good price on the S4i. I found one at eTail Electronics which is based in North Dakota. Here is their digital camera listing:

I don't know how their pricing compares on other digital cameras, but their price on the S4i is a good one and they don't try to rip you off with excessive shipping charges.

Everything about my buying experience with eTail Electronics went well. You can read my review of eTail Electronics and the reviews of others at Epinions:
