The Pentax 750z is on my short list of cameras to replace an aging Fuji digicam. One of my requirements is a focus assist lamp for low light shots. The fuji is almost useless indoors. I have read the specs for the Pentax, but don't see an assist light mentioned anywhere.

Does the Pentax come with a focus assist lamp, and does it work well?

thanks,
Richard

In the manual, there is a reference Auxillary AF Light (p9). It looks like this is what you are looking for.

I have not heard any feedback about howwell it functions.

Hope this helps,

Ming
