Hi... I just received the Pentax 750Z camera. In Steve's review, he mentioned not using the LCDas the viewer in orderto conserve barttery life. I can't find in the booklet how to turnthe LCDoff. Does it go off when closed facing in? How can you tell?

Thanks for any help.

Clicking the OK button cycles the display modes between standard, histogram, subject only, and off.

Also, the lcd does get switched off when closed.
