Any 750z users out there encountered the situation? I know it's not a popular DC.

If you look down at the LCD at about 30.o, when it's flipped open 180.o, the preview colors will look like negatives.

i.e. the vertical viewing angle is too narrow about -30.o ~ +60.o = 90.o ONLY !!!

My non-flippable Kodak v550, but with actual viewing angle of 170.o is much better than it!!!

That is true. However, the Kodak V-550 is a much newer camera.

The V550 has a newer technology LCD that is advertised by Kodak to have a wider viewing angle. The 750Z has a standard LCD that has to be viewed pretty much square on.

Thanks for the explanations!

Maybe really bcos the v550 is too good, not bcos the 750z is too bad

I've bought the 750z anyway.

I also just tried 2 more flippables - Canon S2 IS & A620 in a showroom. And they have the same NARROW viewing angle as the 750z (maybe same LCD vendor). So a peace of mind for me that I didn't make a wrong purchase decision
