Hello. I looked at this piture last Friday.
Returning today, I'll share some things I noticed.

Firstly, congratulations on the cropping and the camera position. It looks to me like you have 'challenging' background, and you have managed to position the camera in a way which avoids too much comfusion. OK there is the vertical colour patch which extends above and below the glove on her left hand, but apart from that, this is clean image.
And she is truely occupying the centre of gravity in the frame. very nice.

I do not know whether you asked her to stand like that or whether it was part of her independent remit, butI amim pressed by the way she is modelling the uniform ni a posture which is congruent with 1950's photos.
