A couple of iso 1600 shots (low light with direct flash ) last weekend Nov 9. These are fellow members rather than models of a camera group in Toronto ( TPMG)

The second one is really nice, Daniel. I didn't care as much for the pose in #3, and the highlights are blown a bit in #1. You've posted several shots from this photographer's group. It would be nice to have such a group that gets together for a shoot as you've described. Soubnds like a lot of fun.

I could sayraising the iso or the exposure timeenablesme to obtainless flashy looks. Yet, I prefer not to exceediso 1200with my existing gear (shame the synch speed remained 1/180 in the newer K20D for fill flash outdoors).These are nicely detailed and clean images for iso 1600! I think you attain as clean images as you could attain with your earlierK100D despite the dramatic increase inimage size(more than doubling the pixels) plus a more reliable WB! I, too, thinkone should be lucky to have such a photography group as Paul put above : )
