Cool, I'm a sucker for sunset shots :)

I would suggest darkening down the rocks in the foreground just a little to even things up.

Thanks for the suggestion Mark.

Beautiful picture.

What Mark said! You've balanced the faces nicely with the sunset. I have done a few and got the faces too light. Nice portrait.

Thanks Robert, the bright faces have happened to me too. I usually dial down the flash compensation to even things out but this one was set to 0. It may not look like it, but the sun was very bright in close proximity to the girls. I needed strong flash to fill their faces.

Beaut shot.

I prefer outdoor portraits / photos at any time.

With a great colour sunset as backdrop... what could be better.

Exposure for such photos can be tricky (I know from experience). Maybe foreground rocks a little bright, true - but not a huge issue for me.

You did well... I like the 'ugg boots' vs 'sandals' footware contrast.

Paul

Thanks, I didn't even notice the shoes. Kids seem to not let the cold bother them as much as us old folks.
